Closing plug - List of Manufacturers, Suppliers, Companies and Products

Update water infrastructure without stopping the facility.

Support renewal, rehabilitation work, and maintenance management through temporary closure of the pipeline and bypass.

In sewer and drainage facilities, it is necessary to temporarily stop the flow of water and sewage in the construction section when updating, rehabilitating, repairing, or inspecting aging pipelines and equipment. However, it is not necessary to stop the entire facility's functions. At Rokubiryu Rubber, we propose pipeline closure products that allow for construction while minimizing the impact on facility operations by temporarily closing the necessary sections for construction and ensuring flow through a bypass as needed. We offer the "Hexagate Plug II" for large-diameter pipelines and the "Hexaplug," which accommodates a wide range of conditions from small to large diameters, selecting and designing them according to pipe diameter, pipe shape, construction conditions, and delivery conditions. We also address the concept of redundancy, ensuring flow functionality while closing the pipeline. "I want to update without stopping the facility." "I only want to temporarily close the construction section." "I want to carry out construction while bypassing." "I cannot accommodate with off-the-shelf products."
